Joshua K. McEvoy is a PhD candidate (ABD) at Queen's University in Political Studies and a Postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toronto, Scarborough Campus. His research is rooted in political ecology and ecological Marxism, focusing on just transition and the ecology of labour. Joshua has also published on energy utilities and the struggle for Indigenous sovereignty, mobility justice, and energy democracy.
