Jason is an economic anthropologist and author specialising in ecological economics, global inequality, and anti-colonial development strategy. He is a professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. His key works, Less is More: How Degrowth Will Save the World (2020) and The Divide: A Brief Guide to Global Inequality and Its Solutions (2017), are both widely cited in debates on climate justice and sustainable development.
